McDonald's in Bremen

Over the years this branch has deteriorated a lot. Even if the employees speak German, orders will not be passed on correctly. At the drive-in pick-up counter, it says that the goods should be checked there. If you do this, you are urged to drive away. If something is missing, one is accused of theft. That is a cheek. If you order a shake or ice cream, it will be prepared first and liquefied completely until the rest of the food is ready. NERVY!

Everything is going well

Yesterday (December 21st) it was very good. Everything was very fresh and the MC Rib was great and really hot.

Unfortunately, it has slacked off! ? Very often things are missing that you ordered by car and unfortunately they don't understand German properly!

I was once thrilled ..... now I would prefer not to give a star .... half a meal was missing .... unfriendly service at the drive in ...... communication barely possible because the employees hardly speak German. .... in addition, the burgers are getting smaller but the food remains so expensive ..... cruel ..... seriously disappointed

McDrive employees are often very unfriendly and disinterested. It has happened several times that our order was put together and issued incorrectly. Waiting time in the restaurant is very high.

Eat like any McDonalds. Had no problems so far. However, it is very difficult to communicate with the staff because they speak bad German. When we paid we weren't even greeted, let alone said goodbye. Sorry is one of them for me.

If I could I wouldn't give stars. Employees are very incompetent, if you try to follow up the order, the customer is laughed at. Wrong order is accepted and “what do you want” is answered. Very unprofessional!

It would be nice if you have everything with you that you have ordered and paid for .. in the last 3 months something was always missing, today it was my cheeseburger ...

When the restaurant is full and the staff are very busy, something is forgotten from the order or something wrongly packed.

Corona rules are observed, screens cleaned (for orders) and tables wiped. Service even at the seat, including clearing. But it was possibly due to the fact that very little was going on in the afternoon. But really great for a fast-food restaurant.

Excellent. I would visit it again. They are modern now, that means less paper more touchscreens and normal screens.

This McDonald's branch has really saved our day: D Have driven this morning about 40 miles, and then needed absolutely a breakfast. The wait was fine.

The slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. Visiting this place in your lunch break guarantees being late returning to work. Even early in the morning this place works at a snails pace.
